Super Deep Penetrating Shaped Charges (SDP Charges) for the Economical Casing Guns
Material
SDP charges incorporate superior rugged construction material that will last reliably in harsh environments. The explosive charge is specially chosen for highest energy and the housing will be of high-strength steel alloys that will not be subjected to the stresses of the downhole environment of pressure. The synergy of the material will enable the charges to detonate with penetrating depth and yet will be stable in the structure during detonation and in harsh temperatures and pressures.

Production Processes
SDP economical casing guns' manufacturing involves a strict and highly regulated manufacturing process. The manufacturing begins with the design and development of the manufactured casing that is made of powerful steel alloys. The casing is then loaded with properly weighted explosive chemicals that are properly loaded and packed inside the casing with the aid of complex techniques in such a way that they create an equitable distribution of the charge energy within the charge. After the charges' loading, they undergo a curing treatment that stabilizes the charge chemical mixture and a final machining phase that ensures the charge dimension be properly adjusted with respect to the fitment of the casing gun system.
Each charge also undergoes rigorous testing in order to keep the entire system at tight standards of operation and safety.
Quality Test & Inspection
Unrivalled standards of consistency and performance guaranteed with multiple testing of every SDP charge:
Dimensional Verification: Measuring the charges precisely such that they match the casing guns perfectly.
Detonation Efficiency: The tests are performed to ensure that the explosive compounds provide the depth and output of energy required.
Pressure Testing: The charges are subjected to mimicked downhole environments to assure they will last at such harsh pressures.
Compatibility: Each charge has been found compatible with a variety of economical casing gun systems.
Leakage Testing: Assures the charge of the charge and avoids any operational risk of failure.
Safety Certification: The charges get tested and certified against the world standards of the safety of explosive commodities.
Key Features
Cost-Effective Performance: Engineered with superior perforation at the minimal operational cost.
Superior Penetration Depths: Excellent for penetrating the inaccessible and tight environments of the wellbore.
High Compatibility: Compatible with a wide array of economical housing gun systems with higher versality.
Durability: Built with the strength and resilience to perform consistently at high temperatures and pressures.
Efficient Energy Release: Provides a lot of energy with a small detonation charge of minimal mass, making the charge small and inexpensive.
Industry Applications
Economical SDP charging guns are applied in most of the development and construction of the oil and natural processes. They are useful in
Casing Perforation: The use of drilling openings within the casing that enable the flow of fluids and gasses. Hydraulic Fracturing: Applied pre-treat wells prior to fracking in an attempt at making the fracking operation more productive.
Unconventional Resources: The Solution of Choice for Low-Pressure and Efficient Shale and Tight-Reservoir Perforation
High-Pressure Wells: Specially suitable for highly pressurized borewells with superior performance and superior reliability.
Packaging and Storage
SDP charges are properly packed to preserve them during shipping and warehousing. The charge is packed in a moisture-proof and dust-proof package that does not allow physical damage. The package should be easy to handle yet comply with safety standards. The charges should be stored in a cold and dry environment and not near sources of direct heat and moisture. The charges need the correct environment of storage in order not to be affected and damaged and not perform the required tasks effectively and reliably.
Shipment
Shipping of SDP charges follows all the regulations that govern the carriage of hazardous commodities. The charges are properly packed in specially manufactured containers that follow the standards of the world regarding safety. The shipping options are flexible and diversified with the option of making the delivery within a customer-constrained schedule. The customer shipping status can be traced with the addition of the shipping track and the customs and the required safety documents with each sale.
