O.D. 4-1/2", Upper Thread Type 2-3/4"-6Acme-2G, Lower Thread Type 3-15/16"-6Acme-2G, Top Subs for Perforating Guns
Material
Constructed of heavy duty 4-1-2" O.D. alloy steel that is specially manufactured withstanding the rugged pressures and wear that normally dominate the environment of the downhole. The use of the strongest steel ensures that the sub has the highest fatigue strength, an elevated longevity and a resistance against corrosion. The steel also receives a specialized heat treatment that increases the strength and hardness of the metal and resists against failure and prolongs the life of the sub.
Specifications
• Outer Diameter (O.D.): 4-1/2 inches with the dimension that needs to be fitted into larger perforating assemblies.
• Upper Thread Type: 2-3/4"-6Acme-2G used in a tight and firm joint of the topmost sections of the perforating gun.
• Lower Thread Type: 3-15/16"-6Acme-2G with a firm fixation of lower sections and ease of operation.
• Material: High-strength steel alloy that has been treated with wear and corrosion-resisting treatment.
• Pressure Rating: Tailored specifically for heavy duty and depth well perforating procedures characteristic of high-pressure environments.
• Custom Lengths: Offered in custom lengths to fit multiple configurations of perforating guns.

Production Processes
1. Material Forging: The starting point is the forging of the top-grade steel billets into the general shape of the sub with the necessity of strength and hardness.
2. Precision Machining: The forged part is machined with precision using CNC technology in an effort to create the correct thread profiles and dimension accuracies.
3. Heat Treatment: Hardening and strength of the steel alloy are strengthened during a heat treatment operation that allows it to be capable of withstanding stresses of the operation of the deep-well perforation.
4. Thread Cutting: The top and the lower part of 2-3/4"-6Acme-2G and 3-15/16"-6Acme-2G are expertly cut with the highest cutting tools with the greatest attention paid to the
5. Surface Finishing: The subs are debrassed and also polished in order to remove any rugged surfaces and reduce friction during the assembling operation.
Quality Test & Inspection
We perform a thorough testing and inspection set with the aim of making every O.D. 4-1/2" Top Sub live the highest trade standards:
• Dimensional Verification: We check the correct threading, the correct diameter and overall dimension against detailed blueprints.
• Pressure Testing: Pressure testing of every leading sub mimics real working environments and ensures that it will be capable of withstanding harsh downhole pressures.
• Material Analysis: The hardness, tensile strength and the resistance of the samples of the alloy steel against corrosion are examined.
• Thread Inspection: We utilize specialized tools in cutting the threads correctly and the fit of the pieces becomes perfect.
Key Features
• Dual Acme Threads: The 2-3/4" - 6Acme-2G and 3-15/16" - 6Acme-2G top and bottom threading pairs provide a tight
• Alloy Steel Building: Offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and strength at elevated pressures and the subs will be long-lasting.
• Heat-Treated for Durability Enhancement: The sub becomes stronger with the heat treatment process, providing stability and consistency with the passage of time.
• Precision Machined: CNC machining of critical dimension and thread cutting that ensures a perfect fit with the perforating gun assemblies.
• Customizable Lengths: Provided in a variety of lengths that fit the specific application of multiple configurations of perforating guns.
Industry Applications
• Oil and Drilling of Gas: Applied in the use of perforating gun systems that help maximize the drilling of oil and gas effectively.
• Hydraulic Fracturing: Most importantly required matching the pieces of the hydraulic fracturing tools that bear the stresses of the fracturing operation.
• Well Completion: Offers a secure interface environment during the process of completing the well with stable and predictable behavior.
Packaging and Storage
The O.D. 4-1/2" Top Sub is correctly packed in a manner that will keep it safe during shipping. The subs are placed with covers of shrink film and inserts of foam and placed in heavy duty shipping crates so that they don't get damaged during shipping and transport. The top subs should be placed in a clean and dry environment free of chemicals and moisture. They should be handled with great care so that the surface of the material and the threads don't get damaged.
Shipment
After passing through the assurance of quality process, the O.D. 4-1/2" Top Subs get packed and sent offshore with shipping methods that get them there promptly and safely. We take careful and thorough shipping processes and ship with the aid of reputable shipping partners that get the subs to you in prime working condition and immediately useable.
