Material
The O.D. 4-1/2" Lift Sub incorporates a heavy-duty steel alloy with higher strength and wear-resisting at abusive pressures. The steel alloy has been specifically selected not only with regard to wear-resisting and fatigue-resistant capabilities but also with regard to resistance to the gaseous and the corrosive environments of drilling the oil and the environment of the wellbore that will be resistant to the saltwater environment. The sub has been heat-treated and sealed with a surface treatment that resists corrosion and will be resistant to abusive fluids and also the environment of the saltwater of the wellbore.

Production Processes
