On average, we can provide a quote within two business days after receiving detailed drawings or samples.

The timeline for samples depends on the complexity of the tooling or pattern, which typically takes 15–40 days to create. Once completed, sample production requires an additional 10 days. Samples are then shipped via Express, taking about five days to reach international destinations.

Our standard manufacturing lead time is 30 days. However, products requiring machining, polishing, or other post-production processes may take longer. For urgent orders, we can often shorten lead times to meet your needs.

Our payment terms are flexible and improve with long-term partnerships. For initial orders, we request a 50% upfront payment for tooling, with the balance payable upon sample approval. Production orders can be settled via L/C or T/T based on agreed terms. Credit checks are conducted before offering credit facilities.

We accept payments in USD, EUR, and GBP, providing flexibility for our international clients.
